Breathing Room
Slow down, calm down.
Catch your breath during your busy day.
All it takes is a few moments to settle your mind and body.
Give yourself some breathing room.
Close your eyes and Follow ten breaths.
Slow, deep, full breaths.
If your mind wanders, and it will, just take note.
Use it as a cue to focus back on the breath.
Just ten slow, deep breaths.
Calm your body and calm your mind.

Meditation for Anxiety: A four-week course on relaxing the mind and softening the heart in stressful times.
Right in the midst of chaos and difficulties lies the possibility of letting go - of waking up to the present moment and opening your heart. To do this one must have the necessary tools to work with thoughts and emotions in a simple and direct way.
In this class, you will learn to recognize your own anxiety-provoking thoughts and habits and to relax with what is.
You will be guided in tried and true meditation techniques that will give you the power to bring space and calm into your life no matter the circumstances.
In these challenging times, it is more important than ever that we take time to connect with our inherent ability to relax, open up, and be genuine, so that our minds and hearts don't become hardened and weathered by the stresses of life, and so that we can remain hopeful and centered in the face of challenges.
